45-second factory video · ECOOSUN
What the video shows
This short ECOOSUN factory video follows the early stages of investment casting: preparing and assembling wax patterns, demoulding, slurry dipping, sand coating and preparing ceramic shells. It connects the pattern work seen in the workshop with the casting process behind heat treatment baskets, trays and fixtures.
- Wax patterns: workshop views of pattern preparation, assembly and demoulding, including open-grid and honeycomb forms.
- Shell preparation: patterns being coated with slurry and sand to build the ceramic shell used in the casting process.
- Production context: operators handling patterns and prepared shells at different stages of the workshop process.
These notes are a scene summary, not a verbatim transcript. The clip illustrates workshop activity; it is not a material certificate, dimensional inspection report or proof of a particular part’s load capacity or service life.
How this relates to your furnace tooling
For a new part or a replacement, the drawing and operating conditions determine what must be reviewed. A visible honeycomb or open-grid shape does not establish the alloy, dimensions or suitability for a particular furnace. Review the relevant product information and send your drawing, sample photographs and operating requirements for a project-specific discussion.
