Heat treatment baskets and trays both carry workpieces through high-temperature processes, but their structures and applications are different.
A heat treatment basket normally has raised side walls to prevent parts from falling during loading, transportation and heat treatment. It is commonly used for small or loose components. A heat treatment tray generally has a flatter, more open structure and is used to support larger workpieces, fixtures or arranged loads.
The correct design depends on the furnace type, workpiece geometry, load weight, airflow requirements, operating temperature and handling method.

Our engineering team can measure the sample, identify critical dimensions, review the original structure and evaluate the likely material grade. We can also suggest improvements to wall thickness, reinforcement, machining allowance or alloy selection when premature deformation, cracking, oxidation or wear has occurred.

Radiant tube failure is commonly caused by oxidation, carburization, thermal fatigue, overheating, creep deformation, uneven burner operation, insufficient support or repeated heating and cooling cycles.
Other possible causes include unsuitable alloy selection, excessive wall-temperature differences, incorrect tube alignment, poor welding quality, burner flame impingement and restricted thermal expansion. In some applications, furnace atmosphere contamination can also accelerate corrosion or material degradation.
A proper failure analysis should consider the crack location, deformation pattern, surface condition, operating history, alloy composition and furnace temperature distribution.

ECOOSUN can manufacture custom fan blades, fan hubs, impellers and complete furnace circulation assemblies from heat-resistant alloys. Engineering support may include drawing review, material selection, blade-angle evaluation, casting or welding-process planning, precision machining and dynamic balancing when required.
Customers should provide the drawing, rotation direction, speed, operating temperature and required airflow or pressure data.

Investment casting is suitable for relatively small or medium-sized furnace parts with complex shapes, thinner sections, detailed features or tighter dimensional requirements.
Typical furnace applications include burner nozzles, burner tips, flame holders, radiant tube fittings, tube supports, brackets, guide components, conveyor links, pusher parts, fixture connectors, fan components and other custom heat-resistant alloy castings.
Large heat treatment baskets, trays and heavy furnace structures are usually more suitable for sand casting, lost foam casting, centrifugal casting, fabrication or a combination of casting and welding.
